Log into your customer account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive an RMA number.

Securely place the jewelry in its original designer packaging, ensuring all authenticity cards and tags are included to qualify for a refund.

Ship It Back

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
